To help us stay on schedule and provide the best experience for every guest, please review our booking policy: * No Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. There is no fee to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Please Arrive on Time: We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your appointment. * Late Arrivals: Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their service adjusted, rescheduled, or forfeit their appointment if our schedule cannot accommodate the delay. * Busy Times: During peak hours and weekends, we may need to offer your appointment time to another guest if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. * Running Late? If you’re running behind, please give us a call. We’ll do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.
